Amazing hotel in a lovely building with magnificent views of the sunset. Attentive, thoughtful staff towards all guests. Free parking nearby provided. Pool bar and clean pool. Location - absolutely perfect and comfortable, short walk to the forest, the many attractions and Xunantunich, Mayan ruins.

Good place to stay for us. Air conditioner, ironing set, and a kitchenette in the room and the comfy bed. Absolutely perfect and comfortable location short walk to even warm water for showers and several Mayan ruins and the bars and restaurants, could not be better. Also, close to town.

Clean, low cost hotel, I really enjoyed air conditioned and well-appointed rooms and attentive staff. The service was absolutely excellant. Furthermore, there was free parking nearby for guests with cars. The venue was in a central location on top of a hill.

We had an incredible stay at a resort in San Ignacio. The staff at Rumors Resort were absolutely amazing! A big shout out to Katrina and Zane who made us feel welcome, cared for, and special throughout our entire stay. They were there for us at every moment, answering all of our questions and providing exceptional customer service. The resort itself offered breathtaking sunset views and a convenient location just 5 minutes from downtown. We enjoyed relaxing evening swims in the pool under the shooting stars, accompanied by the sounds of the jungle and distant howling monkeys. Rumors Resort truly has it all, including comfortable transportation options, accommodating our early "distance work" needs, a delicious breakfast that kept us full for the rest of our trip, and even a sweet cat waiting to be pet.

rumors resort exceeded my expectations - amazing staff, kid friendly, and price matching for tours. the pool was fantastic with affordable drinks, and they let you charge everything. even had a medical emergency and staff was great. overall, very positive experience.

Thank you for a really good stay. It's well-maintained and pleasant place to stay 3 miles away from Cahal Pech Archaeological Reserve. The location is convenient and they have parking nearby. It's in a lovely building in the secure area. The hotel has a good restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

The room was spacious and included air conditioner and iron with ironing board. The property's location was marvellous and wonderful, close to main road.
